Shipping policy

Shipping charges are determined by the weight and size of your items, number of packages, and your delivery zipcode. The amount for shipping will appear at the end of your transaction. For a shipping estimate, please add the desired product to your cart.

We will email you both when we receive your order and when it is shipped. If you did not receive an email or text message please feel free to reach out to us at kikimamaco@gmail.com.

We download orders during our regular business house (M-F 9am-5pm). The majority of the items will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order. Exceptions occur if it is the weekend or holiday. If there will be shipping delays, they will be displayed on the websites banner. Customers will be notified if products are backordered or shipping will be delayed. All items ship from Las Vegas, Nevada.

ANY CLAIMS FOR PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT MUST OCCUR WITHIN 30 DAYS OF SHIPMENT ARRIVAL.
